A themed session based on community request- blending spiritual conversation, mindfulness practice, and community sharing.

Mindfulness Meditation: A guided 8–10-minute meditation to ground our nervous systems and invoke presence.
Discussion based on pre-selected spiritual themes: Themes and topics will be decided by the group.
Monthly Resource & Reflection Guide provided by Lisa: A curated PDF with readings, resources, journaling prompts, and self-care practices tied to each month’s theme -optional
Live Coaching Q&A: Bring your questions, blocks, and breakthroughs- real-time therapeutic coaching insights in an intimate group setting.
