What is Therapeutic Coaching? It’s a hybrid of therapy and coaching. Think of it as an approach to personal change that harnesses the different but complementary powers of coaching and psychotherapy. Coaching is about discovery, awareness, and choice. Therapy looks for the root causes of perceived problems to understand their origin better. As a Therapeutic Coach, I offer the best of both worlds. Therapeutic Coaching is a unique modality tailored for each individual using progressive techniques. This is not traditional “talk therapy”. It is more experiential.
